If for any reason you would like to return a purchased item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for authorization and shipping advice. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Full-priced items purchased online and returned by mail are eligible for a refund as long as they are in new condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all labels and tags attached. Returned sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
If you’d like to initiate an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so that we may set aside the desired item(s) for exchange. For exchanges, the customer will incur the cost shipping the item(s) back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item(s) to the customer.
We will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.
We will extend our return window to accommodate returns or exchanges from purchases intended for gifting during the holiday season.
